• Cancellations must be requested before the scheduled departure.
• All cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules and penalties.
• Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded but may be eligible for future travel credit, depending on airline policy.
• A JetAwayTrip service fee may apply to process cancellations.

💵 Refund Processing:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Processing time may vary between 7–30 business days, depending on the airline and payment provider.

🏨 Hotel Bookings

• Hotel cancellations are subject to each hotel’s cancellation policy.
• Some hotel bookings are non-refundable or have penalty fees for late cancellations.
• You must cancel within the hotel’s allowed window to avoid charges.

🚆 Train Reservations (e.g., Amtrak, VIA Rail)

✅ Cancellation by Customer:

• Train ticket cancellations depend on the fare type selected:

  • Value fares: Refundable with a small cancellation fee.
  • Saver fares (Amtrak) or Escape fares (VIA Rail): Usually non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be made before the scheduled departure time.
• Some train providers offer eVouchers for future use instead of direct refunds.

🚢 Cruise, Tour, and Package Cancellations

• Cruise and tour providers have specific cancellation deadlines and fees.
• Some may allow partial refunds or rebooking options.
• All packages (flights + hotels + tours) follow the most restrictive policy in the bundle.

🔁 Modifications

• Most bookings can be modified (e.g., date changes), but this depends on provider rules.
• Change fees may apply and are subject to availability.
• JetAwayTrip may charge a modification processing fee in addition to the provider’s fees.
